So I love to cook and I love getting new recipes. Especially when those recipes have only a few ingredients to make my life and shopping list easier. So I was sitting in bed one night and thought of this next idea/ongoing segment here for my blog:
Four Ingredient Recipes!!!
Pure. Genius. No?
So going forward I will be posting once a week with a recipe that will not disappoint and will only require four, yes, 4 ingredients. Now, this will not include side dishes or condiments but if you could create a meal for under six ingredients, wouldn't that be awe.some???
This next recipe includes one of my fave ingredients: Vel to the Veeta. Mmm mmm mmm....
1) 1 pound ground beef
2) 1/2 pound Velveeta
3) Hamburger buns
4) There is no 4!! Woo hoo!!
Brown your beef and drain the fat. Cube the Velveeta and add to the cooked ground beef. Serve on hamburger buns. Yep, its that easy and this is so yummy.
I serve this with a veggie (usually corn or corn on the cob) and also with tater tots or some other potato.
If you wanted to make this a carb-friendly recipe, take away the bun and it is still delicious; add a salad or broccoli. :)
