I don't remember where I found this recipe but I have been making it for years and everyone in my family loves it.
Chicken With Green Peppers
1)4 chicken breasts
2)2 green peppers, cut up in quarters (you could also just slice these into thin strips as well)
3)1/4 C. soy sauce
4) Like last week's recipe, there is no #4!!
Place the chicken in a greased 9x13 pan, top with the green peppers and soy sauce. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered with foil.
I serve this with either rice or mashed potatoes.
