1) 2.5 C. corn flakes, crushed (a rolling pin to a Ziploc bag full of flakes does the trick)
2) 1 tsp. garlic powder/ 1 tsp. oregano mixed together
3) 1 egg white (or if you are feeling adventurous, use the entire egg;)
4) 4 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
Preheat oven to 425. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam. Place the crushed corn flakes/spices blended in into a pie plate, then the egg in another plate. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg, then the corn flake mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken isn’t pink inside.
