It doesn't know who he/she should be.
Atleast that is my take on it.
First it started out like this:
not my actual frame as this is from google images but mine looked exactly like this.
I have the innate ability to forget to take a before picture.
I would never be able to work for Oprah or Nate Berkus.
So here is what it originally became after I spray painted the frame white and spray painted the inside with chalkboard paint:
I loved how this turned out but after the 4th, I just wasn't diggin' it.
Here it was after the 4th.
Again, cute but just not sure how I felt about it. Then I had a revelation in July, it was giving off a vibe...
Yes! This was it! It wants to be a grocery list!!!!!
wah wah wah wah.....ummm nope.
I already had a grocery list on the side of my fridge so I would forget to write on the darn thing.
It just sat lonely and unused like this for over a month.
Until now.
Now, it is definitely getting some use.
As our menu board.
I use this thing weekly as it helps me to keep on track with the grocery list, our diet and helps me to not have to run to the grocery every other day.
I used sidewalk chalk for the top part.
Shhhhhh.....
oh and coc? corn on the cob. I love me some abbreviations. :)
Cost to me- nothing.
Happy August!! :)
