Workin' With What Ya Got- Flea Market Find Sign

So I got this cute little 4 sign at the flea market this past weekend:

cute enough by himself but I wanted to show him off a little.....

so I took this frame I had laying around in my craft shelf:

I have had this thing for I wanna say 6 or 7 years now but it was just sittin' all lonely-like on a shelf in the basement.

Until today. :)

I got out my spray adhesive and sprayed the back of the 4....

And here we have it!

Now, I could have added some scrapbook paper to the back to add definition or some pizazz and I did indeed have scrapbook paper to add to it. But I really like how this looked against the brown color of the back of the frame. Silly, right but so cool!

Cost breakdown:

1- frame- free!! In fact, I think this was given to me as a gift years ago so completely free to me! You can find frames like these everywhere including Goodwill or even Dollar Tree or Dollar General.

2- 4 sign- $2.00 at the flea market but you could even print out your fave number online and glue it to some cut up poster board to give it some height. That would actually make your number cheaper than mine...:)

3- spray adhesive- I already had this stuff but it will run you around 6-7 dollars at any home improvement store.

4- plate holder- I have had this one for years and actually don't even remember where I got it. I know you can find these at Hobby Lobby or Michael's.

Total cost for me to make with what I had on hand-
$2.00!!!!!
