I first made this delicious pie when I was in my early twenties. One because it was easy and even though I have always loved baking/cooking, I was working full time and I was always on the lookout for easy and few ingredient recipes....see, I was a cheapskate even back then. :) This was a hit for the party I made it for and I make it every summer now and have been making it year round for the last several years.
Now to be exact, there are five ingredients but it is totally worth it!
Enjoy!!

Raspberry Mallow Pie
1- 35 large marshmallows (one package)
2- 1/2 C.milk
3- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen raspberries
4- 1 carton (8 oz.) frozen cool whip, thawed
5- 1- 9 inch graham crust
In a large microwave safe bowl, combine the marshmallows and milk. Cook on high 1-2 minutes; stir until smooth. Stir in the raspberries and then fold in the cool whip. Pour into the crust then refrigerate or freeze.
I let this set in the fridge for at least four hours before serving. If you want to make it ahead of time, you can freeze it even weeks or months ahead of time.
Also, I have put chocolate chips on top of this when serving and the mix of chocolate with the raspberries is to die for. You could even squeeze some Hershey's syrup on the plate before placing a piece of pie on it.
