  • - graham cracker sticks 1 box...there were none at my local store so I just used graham squares.
  • - 2 C. vanilla yogurt
  • - 2 C. Low fat or low sugar cool whip
  • - 2 Tbsp. coconut
  • - 1 banana
  • - strawberries I used an entire container
  • - blueberries a small container is more than enough
  • - you could add other fruits like kiwi or grapes if you would like.


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Crush the graham cracker pieces then add the banana and mash it in. You can use a mixer or your hands. Place on a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet.
  2. Spread out with a spatula or rolling pin.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Let cool for five minutes after baking.
  5. Mix together the yogurt and the cool whip then spread with a spatula over the graham crust.
  6. Top with coconut then fruit.
