Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 C. flour
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 C. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large batter or mixing bowl. Preheat griddle to 325 degrees. Grease the griddle with a little pat of butter.
  2. Add pancakes to griddle using a 1/4 cup measure.
  3. Two to two and a half minutes per side and flip when done.
