Low-Fat Pizza

  • 1- Boboli pizza crust whole wheat is ideal but you can use the regular one as well
  • 2- low fat 2% mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3- to mato or pizza sauce I usually use just an 8 oz. can of generic tomato sauce but had the pizza sauce in the pantry for this picture
  • 4- green peppers and onions sliced
  • spices- oregano garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to Boboli package directions, usually 450 degrees.
  2. Place the crust on a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Chop your veggies then begin the layers: tomato sauce, spices, veggies, cheese and more spices.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
